Graylight Imaging Timeline
Our company, Graylight Imaging, was founded in 2020 with the aim of developing innovative technology in the field of medicine.
We adopted an ISO 13485 Quality Management System in that very year to meet the growing demands of the medical device market.
In 2021 our first EU-funded project started, providing crucial resources for the development of a set of methods and algorithms for automatic evaluation of the coronary artery calcification index in heart computed tomography.
The same year we started our first commercial project for a major pharmaceutical company in the AI-enabled medical image analysis area.
Our dedication to quality and safety was validated in 2022 when the software we developed for one of our clients received positive CE and FDA approval.
Within the same timeframe, the participation of our experts in the RSNA-ASNR-MICCAI 2022 Brain Tumor Segmentation (BraTS) Challenge resulted in a prestigious recognition.
The first commercial project for the global medtech partner started and marked a significant milestone in our portfolio’s growth and diversification.
Our innovative cardiology solutions were presented at the SCCT and ESC conferences in 2024, attracting significant attention from the medical community.
During the same period, our company was acquired by Graylight Innovations, marking a new chapter in our growth and development.
Simultaneously Aniela Hejnowska, prof. Maciej Banach and Jaroslaw Bulka joined our team, bringing their expertise and skills to the organization.
